Youth Ministry
Enthusiasm and energy reside with LICF’s Youth Ministry!
Our ministry takes a two-pronged approach: our youth learn about the people and events in the Bible during their Sunday School studies, and have the opportunity to become living examples of Jesus’ teachings through service to our congregation and the community.
Whether preparing a meal for our Sunday Lunch (Loaves and Fishes Ministry), getting their hands dirty during our Church Fall and Spring Clean-Ups or actively participating in worship services, LICF Youth have many opportunities to discover their unique gifts and talents.
Friendships are formed and fun takes center stage through such events as the annual Christmas Pageant and Vacation Bible School. We strive to provide a safe environment for our youth – respect and tolerance are cornerstones.
"I’ve been attending LICF for a few years now. So it was interesting that one Sunday while listening to the choir sing a medley, for the first time, I could feel the Christ within. LICF is an answer to a prayer. A prayer that my faith may grow".
